September 2009
We finally got to come home from the hospital! Grandma came to visit! We had a great time getting to know her that week!

After weeks of bedrest and Cassie expanding- going from Fit to Oompa Loompa then onto Weeble Wobble, and Finally Beached Whale, the twins finally arrived! The girls were born naturally (yeah no c-section for mom!) Heidi Kalin Jeppson was born at 10:43pm weighing 4 pounds 6 ounces 18 inches and Meja Nevaeh Jeppson was born at 10:49pm weighing 5 pounds 1 ounce 19 inches.

Christmas is a time we like to share as a family. Every year at Christmas, we decorate together. We also like to go look at other people's decorations. This was our first Christmas together....
Fitzpatrick Family Reunion 2007
For as long as anyone can remember, the family has been getting together for a reunion in August. Our family is from the hills of KY, in Martin County. If you are familiar with the story of the Hatfield's and McCoy's then maybe you've heard of our little holler right on the banks of the Tug River (We are from the McCoy side. The Hatfield's are from the West Virginia side.).

Bowie Nature Park
Bowie is a Nature Reserve in Fairview TN. We like to go there often. They have lots of trails that are made for horses so it is fun to take Roxy there. She like to watch the deer and squirrels. They have 7 ponds at Bowie, all with great fish to catch like bass and bluegill. Roxy likes to lay in the water while Koen catches the fish. She also like to bark at the ducks!

Natchez Trace
Natchez Trace is a TN State Park. The Trace is a hot spot for many bikers. The road spans over 450 miles and includes lots of sightseeing activities along the way. One day, we went to check out some of those sights:

The Farm is part of a water conservation effort led by the state of TN.
We all had to pose by the tree before hiking to the waterfall!
The waterfall was pretty and the guys had a great time climbing to the top!
I stayed comfy at the bottom just watching them be risky!
Fall Creek Falls 2007
Fall Creek Falls is a TN state park. There are lots of trails, waterfalls, fishing, etc in the park. We were here for a few hours and here are some of the things we saw..

How It All Began
Ben and Cassie met the summer of 2007. They were set up by Mark and Lori Hagins. It took them 6 months to convince us we needed to meet each other. Finally, we both agreed (just so they would stop pestering us!). Lori gave Ben Cassie's number, and he called! They talked on the phone for a couple weeks and then decided to meet...
Their first date was in June to the CMA festival where they saw Gretchen Wilson, Miranda Lambert, Kelli Pickler, Cowboy Troy, Big & Rich, Taylor Swift, Montgomery Gentry, and many other great acts! They had a great time talking, getting to know each other, and of course people watching!
Their second date was to the Nashville Zoo, where Ben met Koen for the first time. The guys were like 2 peas in a pod, running through the zoo. They had sword fights, checked out the animals, and even tried climbing the rocks at the zoo! After that, the trio had a great lunch, and were virtually inseperable since.
In August, Cassie and Ben flew out to Utah for Jared & Chantel's wedding. Cassie got to meet the whole Jeppson family and see the beautiful sites of Utah. The last nightt they were there, Ben proposed to Cassie in Farmington Canyon, and of course she said yes!!!!
